When will my order ship?
Most orders are processed as soon as the item is ready. Some merch may be made-to-order, which means processing times can vary depending on the item and production partner.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has started processing or has shipped, changes may not be possible.
Where is my order confirmation?
Order confirmations are sent to the email used at checkout. If you do not see it, check your spam or promotions folder. If you still cannot find it, contact us with the name and email used for the order.
