Refund Policy

Because our items are produced specifically for each order, we do not accept general returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

We only accept return requests for items that arrive damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, Misprinted, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, misprinted, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us at Sales@Torivofficial.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

If the issue is approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Returns

We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection, change of mind, unwanted items, or incorrect customer information entered at checkout.

Returns are only accepted for damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items after contacting us first.

Items sent back without first contacting us may not be accepted.

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to process after approval.

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you may have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, unless an exception applies under applicable law.

If your withdrawal request is accepted after your order has already shipped or been delivered, you must return the item to us before a refund is issued. Customers are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect.

Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition. We may reduce or refuse a refund if an item is returned used, damaged by the customer, worn, washed, or not in resellable condition.

The right of withdrawal may not apply to certain items, including personalized or custom-made products, digital products, event tickets, VIP packages, gift cards, final-sale items, or other products excluded under applicable law.

Non-Returnable Items

Event tickets, VIP packages, digital products, gift cards, sale items, and final-sale items are non-refundable.
