Refunds:

We cannot offer refunds due to the way we produce the items and how fast they get on the production line. Once an order has been placed, it quickly enters production, and we are unable to stop the process. Please use our contact form or email: Sales@Torivofficial.com with any questions.

Returns/Replacement

We do not accept returns.

In the event an item is damaged or misprinted please use our contact form or email: Sales@Torivofficial.com with Your name and Order Number and photos of your incorrect/damaged item. If the item is in fact damaged or misprinted You will receive a replacement completely free of charge!

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
